6、 Maintenance and upkeep of semi-automatic plate sterilizer

1. Each instrument regulating valve should be managed by a dedicated person and operated and maintained in accordance with relevant instructions.

2. Regularly check whether the cleaning on each heat exchanger is complete, whether there are deposits, coking rust layers, and other attachments, and promptly remove them. At the same time, check whether the adhesion between each heat exchanger and the rubber pad is intact to prevent the rubber pad from coming off or being damaged, which may cause leakage.

3. When tightening, it should be done according to the specified size requirements and should not be pressed too tightly to ensure no leakage. If the leakage persists after heating, a comprehensive inspection should be conducted. Generally, leakage occurs during the initial testing phase, and it stops as the heating temperature increases.

4. The instrument box should be properly grounded, and the main power supply should be cut off during inspection. The instrument box should be placed in a relatively dry location, with appropriate desiccants added.

5. During the operation of the equipment, the operator should regularly pay attention to whether the steam pressure is stable, whether the water heater is short of water, whether the balance tank is cut off, whether the steam regulating valve, reflux valve, and instruments are normal. If there are any faults, they should be promptly eliminated.
